By accessing and using swisskey services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our AI image editing services.
Service Description
SwissKey provides AI-powered image editing tools that allow users to enhance, modify, and transform digital images. Our services include but are not limited to background removal, object enhancement, style transfer, and various photo editing features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.
User Accounts and Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and promptly update any changes. You agree not to use our services for any illegal purposes or to upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights, contains malicious code, or violates any applicable laws.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the SwissKey platform, including software, algorithms, designs, and logos, is owned by SwissKey and protected by intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of the images they upload, but grant SwissKey a worldwide, non-exclusive license to process those images solely for providing the requested services. Processed results belong to the user who submitted the original image.
Payment and Subscription Terms
Certain features of SwissKey are available through paid subscription plans. All fees are stated in USD and are non-refundable unless required by law. We may change our pricing at any time, but will provide notice of price changes affecting existing subscriptions. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your use of our services.
Limitation of Liability
SwissKey services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwissKey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.
Termination and Governing Law
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where SwissKey is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
