Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using swisskey services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the platform. These terms apply to all users, clients, institutions, and partners who access or utilize SwissKey’s digital asset security, custody, trading assistance, or related services.
Service Description
SwissKey provides professional digital asset security, custody support, risk-protection solutions, account management tools, and other crypto asset–related services. This may include secure storage, insured custody options, institutional liquidity access, analytics, portfolio tools, and security-driven infrastructure enhancements. We reserve the right to update, expand, suspend, or discontinue any portion of our services at any time, with or without notice, to ensure platform integrity, compliance, or performance improvement.
User Accounts and Responsibilities
Users are responsible for safeguarding account credentials, authentication methods, and any linked wallet or access devices. Any actions taken through your account are considered your responsibility. You agree to provide accurate and current information and to update it as needed. Users must not engage in unlawful activity, misuse the platform, attempt to compromise system security, upload harmful content, or violate applicable financial, cybersecurity, or regulatory laws.
Intellectual Property Rights
All platform technology, architecture, software systems, security frameworks, branding, analytics tools, and user interface elements belong to SwissKey and are protected by international intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of their digital assets and account data; however, by using SwissKey services, users grant SwissKey a limited, non-exclusive right to process necessary data strictly for delivering platform functions, compliance oversight, and operational integrity.
Payment and Subscription Terms
Certain SwissKey services, premium security tiers, institutional features, and insurance enhancements may operate under paid plans or service agreements. All applicable fees are displayed transparently and are non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated. Pricing may change over time. Any adjustments impacting existing subscriptions or agreements will be communicated prior to renewal. Some services may renew automatically unless canceled within the designated timeframe. Users are responsible for any applicable taxes or regulatory charges.
Limitation of Liability
SwissKey services are provided “as available” and “as is” without implied or express warranties. While we implement advanced infrastructure and rigorous protections, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, flawless functionality, or complete elimination of risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SwissKey shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from platform usage, security incidents, or service disruptions.
Termination and Governing Law
SwissKey reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate user accounts or platform access at our discretion if behavior is found to violate these Terms of Service, jeopardize platform integrity, or threaten user safety. These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the legal jurisdiction associated with SwissKey’s primary operational establishment, without regard to conflict of law principles.
